Details

Raven Health is a healthcare IT company focused on improving a clinician's user experience at the point of patient care. Whereas most electronic medical records (EMR) platforms are very difficult for healthcare providers to use, our tablet- and UX-centric platform enhances the ability for a clinician to seamlessly collect data while in a session with a patient.

Raven recently launched its core platform to the ABA Therapy market, and we are currently exploring ways in which we can expand both within this market as well as to additional adjacent behavioral healthcare markets. Consequently, this project will contain the following elements:

  • Competitive analysis of primary and potential adjacent markets
  • Market analysis (segmentation, sizing, etc.) of primary and potential adjacent markets
  • Financial/growth modeling
  • Customer interviews and surveying
  • Product assessment, evaluation, and strategic planning to determine technological feasibility, and more

Overall, we're flexible in terms of the specific project deliverables. Students will work directly with Raven's CEO, CMO, and VP Product. Thank you for your consideration, and we look forward to hearing from you if you think this would be a good fit for your students.
