Details

Create digital templates for our news magazine. The Edmonton Epilepsy Association, EEA, will launch a new quarterly magazine, entitled The Purple Life, which we will seek sponsors for. The magazine will be professionally printed and distributed for free through clinics and medical offices that deal with people with epilepsy. We currently run an in-house association newsletter, and use CANVA as our program to create the digital print out and we then print in-house. We are seeking access to creative templates we can easily modify to jump into the world of a magazine-style communications tool. The digital templates will ease our plans for publishing.

Deliverables

Create digital templates we can easily take and modify - ideally we would have three templates per issue (and season) to choose from - for a total of 12 digital magazine templates. We do have access to the professional version of CANVA online, so that would be ideal. But we can also access Adobe suite.

Mentorship

We would provide detailed information to help the creative process, and will list the needs for sections of our magazine, aiming at templates that really speak about our agency and our vision and mission. We are ready and open to offering regular feedback to students, and work with their talents to build wonderful templates we can use for the next three years.
