Our company is looking to improve our new employee onboarding. Ideally, an online course, or manual, will introduce employees to their new roles, take employees through all start-up resources, and provide standardized feedback and data about employee progress.

We would like to provide the right content to new employees to ensure their success as well as standardize our onboarding process.

Deliverables

Develop a standardized onboarding process for our company with a written report of recommended next steps, including identifying what content should be included, the duration of the onboarding, and the delivery method.

Mentorship

Students will connect with our team by Riipen messaging, email or virtual meetings. Organizational information will be provided including job descriptions, training material and other information as needed.

Our organization partners to provide onsite third-party Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC), and Environmental Services (EVS), audits of practices and processes with objective, qualitative and quantitative feedback that are used to recognize results and develop quality improvement action plans. Our in-person infection control and environmental services education and training sessions, provided to IPAC Leads, frontline employees, clinicians, and leadership teams, develops fundamental and consistent knowledge and experience. We also partner to introduce IPAC and EVS manuals, and IPAC and EVS program development and implementation.
