Our business develops and sells driving simulator software for researchers to run experiments on driver behaviour. Traditionally our customer base has been university labs and private companies. We are finalizing a fully updated product, improved with high level graphics, for market. With this new product, we have modified our business model to include B2B sales. For example, we would like to license our driving simulator software to other businesses for their own use, e.g., to a company looking to sell a driving simulator with their hardware product, or a driving school looking to license a white label product for their curriculum. When we created our original product offering, we had a consumer in mind and marketed accordingly.

With our new product and new target market we would like to:

1) refine our target market

2) evolve a new campaign

Competitive analysis can also be a part of the final product, but ultimately we need to identify the end user, where to find them, what they care about, how they currently do business and how they engage with other brands similar to ours. Successful outcomes include a market research report and actionable intelligence to inform marketing plans and strategy.
