The primary deliverable is a fully functional interactive dashboard that tracks advertising campaign performance and incorporates market trend analysis. The dashboard should include visualizations of key performance indicators (KPIs), trend analysis graphs, and predictive analytics features. Additionally, documentation detailing the data sources, methodology, and user guide for the dashboard is required. The project should culminate in a presentation demonstrating the dashboard's capabilities and insights gained.
Project Scope
Data Collection & Integration:
- Extract key advertising and audience engagement data from Semrush (SEO & paid ad performance), Google Analytics (web traffic & conversion metrics), Quantcast (audience insights & demographic trends), and Braze (customer engagement & campaign effectiveness).
- Clean and consolidate data for meaningful analysis.
Performance Analysis & Predictive Modeling:
- Analyze historical campaign performance across platforms to identify trends in audience behavior, engagement, and ad ROI.
- Develop predictive models to forecast ad effectiveness based on past trends and emerging consumer behaviors.
Dashboard Development & Visualization:
- Design and build an interactive PowerBI or Tableau dashboard to visualize key advertising KPIs, such as click-through rates (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and audience retention.
- Incorporate real-time or scheduled data updates for ongoing campaign optimization.
Strategic Recommendations:
- Identify opportunities to optimize ad placements, refine audience targeting, and improve marketing strategies.
- Provide data-driven insights to enhance BleuLife’s ad sales strategy, brand partnerships, and revenue generation.
Providing specialized, in-depth knowledge and general industry insights for a comprehensive understanding.
Providing access to necessary tools, software, and resources required for project completion.
Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.
