Mentorship

We are a small, young start-up doing super cool work for great causes. We offer a fun, dynamic work environment, a chance to build and test ideas and a space to explore your passions. Although our goal is to reward young people for the work they contribute to our company with financial compensation, at our nascent stage we aren’t quite there yet.

As such, we aim to partner with students whose universities require practical work experience in their curriculum in order to graduate. We are happy to work with your university to design the type of experience your University requires for course credit.

Rising Solutions is a small woman-owned, woman-powered innovation strategy firm forged from two decades of work in global social innovation. Since its inception, our research has been focused on the systematic failures that inhibit creativity and innovation in the modern workplace.

Our passion is creating enabling environments for creativity and innovation. We do so by focusing on culture and psychological safety in the workplace. We are often called upon to dismantle invisible barriers to innovation such as workplace design, status quo bias, creativity bias, burnout, and anxiety. This has led us on a new mission to introduce neuroscience and chronobiology to the future of work. We apply these ideas to our work as we guide clients through custom processes that both launch new ideas and create lasting cultures of creativity, growth, and retention.
