- What is the main goal for this project?

Number of individual students required: 6-8students
OR
Number of students required to work in team: 6 teams of 1 students or 3 teams of 2 -3 students
OBJECTIVE: As a part of our social media marketing initiatives with Tik-Tok and Reels (Instagram), we’re looking for Video shooting to take on the video creating, shooting and editing component of this initiative. Around 10-20 videos (15 - 20 second each) need the final touches.
FINAL PROJECT DELIVERABLES:
- At least 5 videos per student or 10 videos per team that’s gone through the video editing and approved
TO SUCCEED AT THIS PROJECT, THE STUDENT WOULD NEED:
- An ability to pick up on new technology quickly
- Strongly preferred if you have a previous experience or training with video shooting; but happy to train the right candidateUltimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

- research on topics, generate ideas and create plans to demonstrate eco-friendly products and practices in daily scenarios
- Shooting video clips with cellphone camera and add appropriate effects and/or sounds that are trendy on Tik Tok and Reels
- Uploading the edited video files onto the google drive
- Collaborating with Social Media Coordinator to writing scripts and captions for educational and promotional purposes
- Collaborating with Graphic designer and animator to add Plantish animations
OTHER DUTIES THAT THE STUDENT MAY COMPLETE:
- Assist in creating video editing briefs as required

Connections to different businesses: coach you to build rapport and connections with customers.
Check-in meetings and career development talk: answer questions and check in on project difficulties promptly and assign tasks that help explore career passions
Ongoing support and mentorship: check in on emotions and provide industry expert contacts to build connections
