The main goal with this project is to build out a marketing plan, strategy and launch new growth efforts in 2023.

We want to expand our channels and further develop a growth strategy to acquire new clients.

Deliverables

Some of the core elements of this project will include:

  • Researching similar brands and how they've developed their growth channels and strategy
  • Using tools to discover what are the biggest pain points and opportunities with potential clients
  • Develop our marketing strategy, bring recommendations to the table on topics and content pillars
  • Identify opportunties and strengths for us to lean on, and weaknesses/threats to be aware of in 2023!
Mentorship

As discussed above, we've got a suite of tools at our disposal to make this project a success.

Along with the tools that we're paying for (we're also happy to purchase whatever else is necessary to succeed), you'll also get to work closely with a tight-knit small entrepreneurial team and learn from us at every opportunity.
