By the end of the project, students will provide a strategic recommendation on which countries offer the best opportunities for expansion, aligning with the company's growth objectives. The company currently has three research partnerships, with UHN Kite medical devices lab, Holland-Bloorview rehabilitation Hospital for children and East Shore Maryland University.
The deliverables for this project include a detailed report and a presentation. The report should outline the methodology used, data collected, and analysis performed, leading to a prioritized list of countries for expansion. The presentation will summarize key findings and strategic recommendations, providing Power WearHouse with actionable insights for their international growth strategy. Both deliverables should be clear, concise, and supported by data-driven evidence. Learners will be dealing primarily with the Founder and CEO, Shelagh Stoneham. Pauline Couture is managing the interface with RIIPEN on her behalf.

About the company
Power WearHouse started in 2020 producing the most comfortable and
stylish weighted wearables to help people get more out of their
existing fitness routine, expanding to innovative therapeutic wearables in 2024. In 2025, PWH is expanding to Incorporate technology into therapeutic wearables to improve the quality of life of those living with specific health conditions including fitness/obesity, sensory processing disorders and osteoporosis.
