training and development employee onboarding microsoft powerpointOne graduate students will support the UBC Arts Co-op program's PhD Co-op option in reviewing our evaluation process for the training that new PhD Co-op students receive.
This work will involve:
- gathering, organizing, and reviewing materials related to the quantitative evaluation of the undergrad co-op program -- that is, post-event surveys and powerpoint analyses of these previous years' survey feedback
- gathering, organizing, and reviewing materials related to the qualitative evaluation of the PhD co-op program -- that is, existing post-event surveys and previous years' survey feedback
- analyzing existing materials and considering whether they are adequate the assess the quality of PhD Co-op onboarding and training, drawing on your lived experience as a PhD Co-op student
- meeting with the project lead to discuss findings and consider alternatives for evaluating the training that new students receive.

Notes:
1) To be eligible to apply, you must reside in Canada for the duration of the work term. Be prepared to work during Vancouver (PST) time.
2) This position is funded by Riipen Level Up.

be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment;
