The task is to take details of company projects and understand the thesis and priorities of the specific funder, focusing the writing of project goals and outcomes so that alignment with sponsor priorities is clear. Learner will gain experience in the grant writing process, researching strategic initiatives and priority areas of the granting agency. Learners will also gain knowledge in calculating GHG emissions for typical industry practice, based on existing sources. Learners will be expected to provide a draft grant application by end of project. The outcome will be a draft of a specific agtech grant Insporos is eligible for. 

Learners will be focused on one particular grant. They will research the priorities and strategic goals of the granting agency, and the relevant company project. Learners will combine this knowledge to provide a draft grant application which proposes the project, with a focus on describing company project goals as they align with the goals of the granting agency. Research into industry GHG emissions will also be required. The outcome will be a draft of a specific agtech grant Insporos is eligible for. 

Learners will have access to staff, including company founders, to assist and advise them. They will also have access to previous grant application information.
