Our organization is looking for competent business student(s) to work with our administration staff on various business related tasks.

We are a global Indigenous company with many different clients and partners.

We provide a unique business experience, filled with cross-cultural experiences, and high-level business opportunities.

Goal

To train and equip students to share in the tasks done.

Outcomes for Students

Students should come with some of the following skills, but looking to enhance and practice these skills

in a real world, caring, supportive, and *important world-changing business setting.

  • Able to work independently and as a team member
  • Experience and proficient with Microsoft office, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Capable of working with other software systems including cloud storage and databases
  • Friendly and outgoing phone presence
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Comfortable and capable of speaking with Clients and Speakers
  • Able to demonstrate ability for respecting confidentiality and privacy of information
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Strong organizational and planning skills

Duties

  • Maintain contact lists
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, emails and forms
  • Develop and maintain a digital filing systems
  • Various Data entry for Speaker and Client information
  • Communication with speakers for portfolio management
  • Managing speaker checklists and reports
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Assist with policy manual organization
