Our maintenance department services over 700 tenants/rental units and has scaled to the point it has become disorganized and is affecting timelines for tenants moving in, properties being renovated and cleaned on time, etc.
We would like your students, within our current software platform, to analyze, optimize and determine the best strategy/system(s) for running our entire renovation projects.

(2) Provide a step by step procedure and process for our company staff to follow, to manage our renovation projects using our existing software
