- What is the main goal for this project?

Raven Reads is a social impact driven Indigenous subscription box that connects global subscribers with authentic Indigenous cultures and educational content. We curate books and giftware from Indigenous authors and entrepreneurs across North America and ship our boxes to subscribers around the world. We are global brand with a mission to raise awareness of contemporary Indigenous cultures, and to support Indigenous entrepreneurs and youth literacy in North America.
Raven Reads is a rapidly growing organization and we are looking to enhance our senior management team. This project is to assist Raven Reads with development of a talent acquisition strategy for finding a new Director of Marketing.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, data-driven marketing leader who is passionate about all things e-commerce, social impact and BIPOC start-ups in Canada.
For this project, students will work in a team to develop a recommended approach to recruiting the right candidate for this position and other future senior roles like this. Teams will co-develop suggested approach to recruiting, interviewing and on-boarding senior candidates to ensure Raven Reads is set up for success in the long run.
