Job Description:

You are responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.

Main focus is to improve automation, monitor data, create social media activity data reports as well as create ideas for viral campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
• Define most important social media KPIs
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
• Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
• Provide constructive feedback

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

•Shows keen understanding of social media and how it can be used to reach consumers and is capable of thinking creatively and analytically.

•Is familiar with publishing and graphics design programs like Adobe.

•Is able to persuade consumers to purchase products through various digital means.

•Shows the ability to effectively engage in social media activities, including video sharing and blogging.

•Demonstrates strong writing and editing skills and communicates clearly and effectively.
