- What is the main goal for this project?

We are looking to vet early-stage (Seed or Series A) startups and would like to involve students in the creation of a series of shorter 4-page investment memos. We can provide access to internal documentation and other information as needed as well as access to key contacts.
The work should include:
- Sales forecasting
- Income projections (conservative and aggressive)
- Fundraising strategy
- Total addressable market analysis
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

The final deliverables should take the form of:
- A set of final 4-page investment memos that align with the template provided.
- A presentation to Remi Schmaltz for each company where due diligence is conducted.
- A presentation to the UCeed Haskayen Student Fund, when appropriate.

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship throughout the project. We have access to data sets and investment memo templates that will help students succeed.
