Create and start on execution of plan to market a new industrial product to both the user base (electrical and HVAC installers) and their product distributors where the product will be sold. Both groups need to buy into the product and its superiority over existing technologies.


Work on the SEO of the website to improve visibility for potential customers.

Deliverables

Market research to identify the distributors of interest.

Market research into what the key points of pain are for the installer trade and how the new product can improve this.

Some work on website design and analytics.


Project end deliverables from the student would be a summary list (spreadsheet) of the top 100 North American target accounts for sales to pursue including key contacts and account size in $$ sales.
