International Student Services Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a better future for students who are immigrants to the U.S.A by providing information, inspiration, and motivation for students to navigate their education and develop their future careers beyond high school.

ISSA Overview:

International Student Services Association located in Cleveland, OH is a non-profit organization that works directly with international and immigrant high school students and their families. The overall goal is to identify key components and milestones for successful high school graduation, continuing education and career planning. Students will work with experienced professionals to gain greater awareness of the resources available to them to chart their own journey forward.

Project Responsibilities:

This project intern will be responsible for assisting with the youth department’s career readiness and college planning programs:

- Support with the planning and execution of ISSA youth program.

- Assist team with student activity and lesson planning for classes for the partnership schools.

- Assist team with student advising materials.

- Support the facilitation of virtual workshops.
