We want to better understand our target market and audience as well as the overall market so we can uniquely position ourselves within our industry.

The research will include one or several of the following analyses:

  1. Market Sizing
  2. Presentation of quantitative figures and qualitative perspectives on the growth potential of each selected market
  3. PESTEL analyses
  4. Review of Competitive Positioning
  5. Review of Treatment Ladder
  6. Review of technical and scientific feasibility risks given company's solution in relation to a given condition
Deliverables

The students will be involved across several of these tasks, with proper support and training from our team members:

  1. Market Sizing
  2. Presentation of quantitative figures and qualitative perspectives on the growth potential of each selected market
  3. PESTEL analyses
  4. Review of Competitive Positioning
  5. Review of Treatment Ladder
  6. Review of technical and scientific feasibility risks given company's solution in relation to a given condition

Mentorship

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.

We will also provide support in the understanding of the different technologies and tasks, in the form of training (either formal and/or on the job).
