My group in my 3rd year HR class was given the task of creating a health and safety handbook for Krishna, the founder of Genius Visionary Inc. Krishna was frustrating to work with to say the least. He may want to consider interrupting interviewers less. It makes it quite hard to communicate with him because he interupts half way through every question. Krishna was late for every meeting by 10-20 minutes and even missed a meeting entirely. No apologies were given for his less then professional behaviour. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH GENIUS VISIONARY AT ALL. Krishna needs to respect students time a lot more if he ever were to do this again. To wrap this up, I didn't jump out of bed in the morning anticipating a meeting with Krishna. It was frankly pretty pathetic the way he handled this and I expected a lot more professionalism as well as some grace considering we as students were doing free work for him.
