The employer, Shlesha Van and the company is a scam. She made me work for 2 full months, since June 20th and I completed my hours. But when it was time to provide feedback on riipen, she said she will not validate my work and that I did not complete my work. She did not communicate this beforehand, and only said this when the project ended. She told me to complete a personal proposal that was not my responsibility but she held a personal grudge against me. She took all my work and in the end she will tell you you have not completed the hours and did not let me get my stipend. She made us work for free. She erased all evidence of my communication by removing me from slack and also erased my tracked hours from the spreadsheet. This is a total scam and would not recommend it. If my work is used anywhere, I will definitely take action and I will keep checking the company's platforms. I hope this review is not deleted to save the company's reputation as I will also review it on other platforms.
