Cassinian Software was invited to sponsor a student capstone project this past academic year by Arizona State University. The project, entitled "Parallel Implementation of Error Diffusion Halftoning" investigated the performance improvements of a parallel error diffusion algorithm that could be scalable to a large number of processor cores. We were honored to have been chosen to sponsor the project and mentor our teams. The capstone program reflects ASU's high standard of academic excellence, and we congratulate our capstone teams and the capstone coordinators for their outstanding work on our project.
