Mohammad was incredibly proficient at his role within the project. His ability to take complex needs from perspectives such as health, traffic, and emergency infrastructure is well valued by our Foundation. His insights into calculations and potential considerations was appreciated, ensuring that the work being done meet as many requirements as possible. We benefitted from spending time together to improve his communication skills in the workplace, however he rallied quickly and authentically showed up at each opportunity. It would be a boon to any business to include his time and energy in a future work opportunity.
