Ashley was part of a team that was incredible for our customer discovery project to validate the Student Ambassador Program. They conducted 20 interviews, created call summary logs & analyzed the data to recommend next steps for the program. Their attention to detail and thoroughness in capturing key insights from the interviews was impressive. The call summary logs were well organized and provided a clear overview of the key takeaways from each interview. The students demonstrated excellent teamwork skills, great communication and an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality results.
