    Initiative, team leadership, and work ethic are some of Rawad's strengths, in addition to technical skill.

    Thank you, Rawad. You've been the de facto Team Leader for this project and I appreciate your efforts. You've demonstrated competency and work ethic and it's been nice working with you. We've also had some conversations that will be useful to me in guiding future iterations of this project, and in the management of future projects.
