A lot of prep has gone into this project, and there is a very clear vision as to the direction. CR also puts a lot of focus on establishing good professional habits, which I think is very beneficial. He is also very communicative and easy to reach. I was able to research, work on and improve an existing codebase and also flex some project management and organizational skills.
