The team did a great job listening to our requirements and feedback to create a very useful dashboard prototype. In particular, they took a top-down approach as we suggested rather than the normal bottom-up approach. This requires them to think carefully about how the user will use the tool to make decisions and not just display the data and let the user decide how to extract the relevant details. The added some nice display elements and challenged themselves to go beyond the basics. We can now use some of these concepts in our development of a production dashboard for our customers.
