Martin has been excellent to work with. He always shows initiative and team leadership. When Martin is unsure of a task, he reaches out to seek clarification. He has proven himself to be a communicative and dedicated team member. To improve, Martin can develop guides so that he has a structured way of working on tasks and which can help future team members. Additionally, he can have more attention to detail by working on shared google documents that will enable him to complete his work more efficiently. Overall, working with Martin has been a pleasant experience, and we are looking forward to continue to witness his phenomenal leadership in 2023!
