Tia demonstrates working knowledge of design components. She must practice the principles of uniformity and contrast with texts and image designs.

How did the student engage with stakeholders during the project?

She did give me updates only after deadlines and is encouraged to maintain communication throughout the process at smaller milestones to ensure accuracy and full comprehension of requires tasks and deadlines. One team member mentioned that she had complained about me in the team due to my rounds of feedback given when assignments were not done or not done according to repeated instruction. I cannot confirm if this had occurred as I had heard it from another team member. This is not appreciated as she had said nothing to me directly. Again, all feedback should come from her to me directly and I will not support negativity in our team.

Did the student effectively manage their time and meet project deadlines? If so, how? If not, what areas could they improve in?

Tia did have trouble completing tasks as assigned in the beginning by making repeated materials which affected her work completion within necessary timelines. She has noted that this was due to heavy academic workloads and competing demands of her time and energy. She did finish her assignment in the end within timeline which is why I believe that if she can manage her other responsibilities and remain transparent and communicative with me throughout her process, that she can deliver great work! This is why I am interested to see how she performs with better time management and communication. I do see great potential.
