Fatima was very independent, communicative and attentive to detail in her role. She was The last member to join this project had many setbacks while searching for grants that she could apply to. Regardless, Fatima stayed till the end and assister one of her team members in reviewing a grant application while assisting me on a different project that required writing for a Express of Interest letter for a grant application. She was also great at teamwork, accommodating my requests while adding value with her own opinions and experience.
