It was an amazing experience working with employer Mike Garska from Novacom. I appreciate the mentorship and extended knowledge Mike provided me during the project. Having worked on Contact communication editing videos, I learned about understanding and validating others, Active and Reflective listening, empathy and common intentions. That is the great outcome of this project.
