Working with Olivia and Boleng to improve the LIVD site performance was a fantastic experience for me. Olivia provided the main requirements and gave me creative freedom and autonomy to explore solutions. Our weekly meetings allowed me to share my challenges and receive guidance, striking a balance between independence and support. Olivia and Boleng created a welcoming and supportive environment that encouraged growth and learning. I felt valued as a team member and learned a lot from their expertise.
