Team feedback
Zaid, Hafeez, Hassan and Usman are very intelligent students. They have strong potential from the business analysis perspective. I did feel the team was not good at organizing and time management for each project though often missing deadlines, or standing up the management team when they were to be at meetings, and they were rushing to deliver reports after the deadline only after I reached out to them several times.. They were just not good in the sense that they missed meetings regularly, which was unprofessional but I am sure they will grow. Often only 1 or 2 students could show up even though I offered evening and early hour times for meetings but they were doing multiple level up projects plus school so maybe they were overloaded. They did not send in the hourly work sheets each week as requested by the company President directly thus not following policies and procedures we requested. Overall they did a satisfactory job on 60% of project based on the parameters of their marketing plan portion for software analysis of AI writing tools for content marketing purposes and city Economic development commissions presentation as well as blog writing and SEO tools for writing. It was a big bold request for those in second year to accomplish these market plan components potentially but still missing meetings with a CEO and President is another issue altogether. I have had similar groups in similar projects far excel this teams outcome so to benchmark them I would say they produced satifactory work for that 60%. They were genuinely pleasant young professionals when they actually did meet, but a long way towards being stellar performers on a consistent basis although looks like there is allot of talent in the group if they can get the discipline, work ethic, accountability, sense of urgency, and time/project management required to succeed with companies and in life. Hassan and Zaid and Hafeez I feel were either overwhelmed with too many levelup projects and school based on our discussions.
