Project Examples

Requirements

Beginning this September, a group of 4 student-consultants will spend 120 hours developing actionable recommendations on a business plan that is related to an aspect of performance management.

Through a detailed audit, research, and analysis, student-consultants will uncover solutions to your performance management challenges. They will also carefully consider implementation requirements.

Project examples include:

  • A process to link business goals to individual performance expectations.
  • A performance evaluation program (can be design of a new program or critique of a current program).
  • An employee training and development plan, as a follow-up to poor performance.
  • A Leadership training, coaching, and development program.
  • A Variable compensation plan supporting your performance management.
