Students in this course learn to leverage research methods such as observational research, content analysis, and survey research, and statistical concepts such as reliability analysis (alpha), ANOVAs, chi-squares, correlations, and regressions. Students will complete a semester-long research project in which they will utilize appropriate methods and analyze resulting data to devise recommendations for your company.
- Expected outcomes and deliverables

Students will produce a report (or white paper) summarizing research, as well as a PowerPoint presentation (or infographic) summarizing recommendations and conclusions derived from their research.
Project Examples
Students can conduct survey or observational research and analyze resulting data to provide customer insights and/or develop strategies or recommendations for your company.
