Meeting between students and company to confirm: project scope, communication styles, and important dates. This should take place within a few days of the project introduction email.

June 21, 2023Finalize Project Plan and Timeline
Students submit the project plan which should include the following information:
- schedule for weekly check-in calls
- communication agreements
- major responsibilities and person(s) responsible
- overall project timeline

Springboard will send an email to check in on your progress and experience thus far. Use this opportunity to communicate any challenges or adjustments you anticipate making to the project timeline or scope.

Overview
- What can our learners do for your company?

We curate teams of 3-4 UX Designers for four week projects.
Springboard designers are at the very end of their 6-9 month UI/UX Design curriculum, mentor guided, and come from careers in varying industries before enrolling in our UI/UX Design program to make career pivots or upskill.
- What would your company get at the end of this experience?

Clients get user insights and design recommendations to help your business needs grow. The designers gain the ability to demonstrate their skills before they start their job search. It's a win-win.

Required questions to apply
Companies must answer the following custom questions in order to apply to this experience:
A representative of the company will be available for a pre-selection discussion with the administrator of the course to review the project scope.
You will allow the designers to show and discuss their work in job search materials. Redactions of specific confidential information are permitted.
A representative of the company will be available for a weekly check in meeting during the collaboration, and reasonably responsive to unblock the design team as needed.
