Required questions to apply

Companies must answer the following custom questions in order to apply to this experience:

We will monitor the students' progress, and provide formal/informal feedback on a regular basis to the students and occasionally to the placement coordinator. (Evaluation forms provided by H+ team.)

We will mostly treat the students as employees; let their expectations be like those of their co-workers, but with a bit of extra support and guidance.

What financial compensation will you provide to interns who will work with you for this project? (Our program requires that internships be paid, OR unpaid if with a non-profit organization - as required by law. Students can be paid an hourly rate, or by stipend, but the stiped must equate to at least 14.25$/hr or more.) We can help you to apply for a 50% - 70% wage subsidy refund! (Reach out to us to learn more about this & eligibility requirements!)

We will be available for a quick video call with the placement coordinator to discuss the suitability of the match, and confirm our project is an appropriate fit for the internship

We will assign a mentor or advisor to assist the students, during their internship, to clarify roles and responsibilities.
