Springboard is piloting a limited number of software development projects for Software Engineering students that have completed their program and are seeking additional project opportunities to boost their experience and skills.


Springboard engineers available for projects have completed their 10-11 month Software Engineering curriculum guided by an industry mentor, and come from careers in varying industries before enrolling in our Software Engineering career track program to make career pivots or upskill.


The program covers full stack web development, which includes both the “front end” and the “back end”. Full stack developers build web-based pages and applications to achieve user, business, and product goals.

  • Creating and manipulating front-end web pages with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

Additional company criteria

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Provide an opportunity for students to share their work on job search materials; redactions of confidential information can be discussed.

Provide relevant information/data as needed for the project.

Provide a dedicated contact person who is available for weekly/bi-weekly check-in meetings to unblock the student(s), provide feedback, as well as periodic messages over the duration of the project.
