This course is designed to cultivate expertise in operations management, emphasizing the quantitative and qualitative fundamentals of the subject to enhance decision-making processes. Students are rigorously trained in using project management and quality management tools to solve real-world problems.
Our learners come prepared with a robust understanding of operations management, including Leadership, Organizational Culture, Forecasting, Process Control, Quality, Inventory and Supply Chain Management. They are prepared to dissect complex issues and devise strategic solutions for data-driven decisions.
Learners
By the end of this collaboration, employers will receive a final report and presentation in which learners will present their data analysis, including findings and recommendations, and answer any questions from the employer.
