By understanding the intricacies of legal documents and construction phases, learners will be equipped to contribute effectively to architectural projects. Students engaged in this Course are in their second year of studies and have completed coursework in basic building science, basic structural concepts, digital design media/BIM applications, architectural history, sustainable design principles, and architectural freehand drawing and design.
