  • A plan for a new product/service launch
  • Innovating an existing product or product line to reach a new target customer
  • Adjusting the bundling of existing products in an innovative way to reach new customers
  • A plan for a client or employee event
  • Assessing the feasibility of an addition or change to your product line, product mix, or service
  • Developing recommendations for your organization to meet a goal or solve a challenge
  • Evaluating pricing methods and the 4 Ps including the development and use of branding as a means of enhancing profitability and customer loyalty
  • Analyzing documents and processes for each stage of the product lifecycle (PLC)
  • A plan for a new employee rewards and recognition program

Please note: While this isn’t expected, if the project aligns to students’ skills and interests, they may be able to execute some project tasks.
