Project Examples

Starting at the end of August, a group of student-consultants will dedicate approximately 400 hours, to working alongside your organization in evaluating, researching, and analyzing the implications of a specific challenge or opportunity our business is facing.

Every organization encounters significant challenges and opportunities throughout their life cycle. This project is an effective platform to get an unbiased perspective on the state of your business.

Working in teams of 5-6, the students can work on a variety of projects. Most importantly, they will address a real challenge where you’d like support. Students can work on projects related to topics such as:

  • Strategic planning
  • Marketing research and analysis
  • Competitive analysis
  • Consumer analysis
  • Social media analysis
  • Financial analysis and forecasting
  • Logistics and supply chain
  • Organizational growth issues
  • Organizational design
  • Organizational culture
Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Have a designated point of contact who is willing to meet regularly with the team throughout the semester (weekly phone calls).
