In this project, students will analyse the sales communication process at your company and develop an effective direct response communication strategy to help your organization increase the quality and number of leads generated.

Project Examples

Based on information you provide, students will develop an action plan that addresses issues and opportunities in your current sales process. They will provide concrete recommendations for process improvements, which will help your team increase lead conversions and drive more sales. 

Project examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing current sales processes and improving or developing a new inbound lead strategy.
  • Auditing existing sales emails and call scripts and recommending new approaches to maximize conversions.
  • Developing new direct response communication techniques for a product launch.
Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Provide a dedicated contact who is available to answer periodic emails or phone calls over the duration of the project to address students' questions.
