Learner goals and capabilities

Looking to elevate your organization, and bring it to the next level? Bring on participants from Palette Skills to be your consultants, in a project-based experience. Participants will work on one main project over the course of a 4-week period, connecting with you based on the scheduled project milestones.

Participants in this program build on their previous professional work experience and will have just completed the core week of Palette Skills' SalesCamp program. SalesCamp responds to the needs of tech firms looking for sales talent. It is a 6-week intensive, experience-based sales training program designed to help introduce the in-demand area of B2B sales to professionals in need of a change. SalesCamp is a competitive program that pre-screens applicants to ensure they have the transferable skills and commitment required to be successful in tech sales.

Participants are mid-career workers who are transitioning into technology sales and will bring diverse experiences and insights into the project. They have at least 3 years of work experience in a wide range of sectors, including retail, hospitality, film & TV, project management, and software development. In SalesCamp they practice the consultative selling approach, using techniques such as BANT; feel, felt, found; and WIIFM.

Participants are motivated, curious, self-directed, and eager to gain further experience in tech sales.
