Project Examples

Requirements

A group of 4th year and Master's student-consultants will conduct a thorough case study that considers popup retailers experiences while in operation. The objective is to investigate best practices by conducting:

  • interviews
  • on-site audits and analysis
  • customer surveys.

Specifically, the case studies will provide insights into how the strategic aspects related to social environment, service interface, retail atmosphere, assortment, price, customer experiences in alternate channels, and retail brand contribute to consumer experience and success of popup retail operations.

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Be available for a 1-hour interview (virtual, phone, or in person) in order to provide insights for the students

Allow students to conduct on-site observations and take pictures

(Optional) Allow students to solicit feedback from customers
