The main goal for the project is to innovate the industry by designing a new employee compensation package for Apparel Redefined. This package should align with the company's pillars of organization, speed, people, and technology, and should aim to attract and retain top talent in the industry.This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:- Researching industry standards and best practices for employee compensation and benefits.- Analyzing the current workforce and their needs and expectations.- Designing a comprehensive compensation package that includes salary, bonuses, benefits, and perks.- Developing a presentation to pitch the new compensation package to the company's leadership team.- Gathering feedback and making adjustments based on the input received.
Graphic Design Support for Apparel Redefined
The main goal for the project is to create and design various marketing materials and resources for Apparel Redefined, including infographics, guides, business plan graphics, email campaign templates, marketing materials for the sales team, and daily digital mock-up designs.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:- Gathering information and content from the company to understand the branding and messaging.- Designing infographics, guides, and other resources for the company's website.- Updating the business plan with new graphics, data, charts, and images.- Creating visually appealing email campaign templates for client communication.- Designing custom offer 1-page and mini-catalog for the sales team.- Creating digital mock-up designs for client artwork requests.
Hardware Development for Quality Control Device & Application
The main goal for the project is to design and implement plans for a new industry-leading Quality Control device & application utilizing Machine Learning & AI. The project will involve several different steps for the team, including:- Researching the current market and industry standards for quality control devices and applications- Designing the hardware components and specifications for the Quality Control device- Developing the software application for the device using Machine Learning & AI technology- Testing the device and application for accuracy and efficiency- Implementing plans for production and distribution of the Quality Control device & application
New Employee Onboarding Experience
The main goal for the project is to evaluate the current onboarding process at Apparel Redefined and make improvements to enhance the experience for new employees. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:- Interviewing current employees to gather feedback on the existing onboarding process.- Analyzing the current onboarding materials and procedures.- Researching best practices for employee onboarding in the industry.- Developing a proposal for improvements to the onboarding process.- Presenting the proposal to the management team for approval.
