Digital Content Creation

We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our company.The Thoughtful Co. supports women in negotiating their compensation, and advises employers on improving gender equity in the workplace. Our mission is to enable recognition, opportunity and influence for women in the workplace through individual and employer coaching. We are looking for a student who is passionate about what we do and who can research relevant trends, news, reports around our work to create digital posts on. We would love the student to support in creating future content schedules and ideas for 2023. You will be working on content creation and ideation for our organization, including Linkedin, Instagram, and our Mailchimp (>900 subscribers).
