We are offering an exciting internship opportunity for UX/UI Design students.
Are you passionate about creating designs that make a real-world impact? We're looking for creative and motivated UX/UI design students to elevate the user experience of our innovative platform, Nomie.
What you'll do:
- Optimize our website: As the first point of contact for many users, our website needs to seamlessly convey what Nomie is all about. You'll help align our website's design and user flow with the evolved user portal, ensuring a coherent and engaging experience from the first click.
- Enhance the game Dream Trip Your mission is to enhance its usability, ensuring that the game is not only easy to understand and play but also really enjoyable for our users.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

- Evaluate the current user experience of the website,
- Provide recommendations for enhancing the website design to make it more appealing to users and if possible, create a short video.
- Begin by examining the flow and design elements recently improved in one of our games. Assess how these enhancements can be applied to "Dream Trip" to elevate its user experience.
- Analyze the current game interface and user interactions. Identify any usability challenges, pain points, and areas that may cause confusion or frustration among users.
- Utilize the findings from your usability analysis to redesign game elements. Your focus should be on enhancing clarity, intuitiveness, and enjoyment within the game.
- Work on improving the game's visual and interactive elements to make it more enjoyable for players.
- Create prototypes of the redesigned game interface and conduct user testing to collect feedback. This step is crucial for understanding how the changes impact the player experience.
- Refine the game design based on insights gained from user testing. This iterative process is key to ensuring that the improvements significantly enhance the user experience.
- Present and iterate the final designs (website and game) on Figma.

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

During the collaboration, a company representative will be accessible for a weekly check-in meeting at minimum and will respond in a timely manner to address any issues impeding the progress of the design team.
Designers will have the opportunity to present and deliberate on their work in job search materials.
A company representative will be at hand for a preliminary discussion with the course administrator to assess and discuss the project's scope.
We are pleased to offer students consistent access to specialized staff guidance and pertinent project-related data for their tasks, as frequently as required.
- What skills or technologies will help learners to complete the project?
