- What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal of this project is to assist in the finishes of the interior design elements of this new health and wellness clinic. This may include researching, planning and procuring materials, equipment, fixtures, appliances, furniture, lighting, millwork, and more. Some designs for outdoors space may be involved as well.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

In order to achieve the project goal, learners will need to complete the following tasks:
- Create a colour palette and mood board for the clinic renovation project.
- Source and procure paint, design options for ceiling, and wall with cost budgeting in mind.
- Curate design using minimalist, mid-century modern, and environmentally conscious styling.
- Source and procure furnishing for the health clinic with cost budgeting in mind.
- Present the completed project within two weeks.

- Floorplan, photos, permit drawings, sketchup drawings, and preliminary design work will be shared with the student in order to assist with resources.
- A materials list can be provided of items already procured.
- Meetings will be set up to discuss project, and regular meetings along the way
- Email and phone communication with owner
- What skills or technologies will help learners to complete the project?

Skills needed to successfully complete the project include:
- Knowledge of colour theory and design principles.
- Knowledge of minimalist, mid-century modern, and environmentally conscious styling.
- Ability to source and procure materials within a cost budget.
- Ability to work within a tight timeline.
