PR and Social Media Management Team for Creative Production House

The Job: We are looking for an intelligent, instinctive, adaptive individual to help amplify and leverage our production company's messages and values with the intention of building community, driving traffic, increasing sales, brand awareness, and recognition. This individual will be concentrating on social media, public relations, branding, and events. The person in the role must be able to handle some highly confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion. The Challenge: The ideal candidate offers a strategic and organized approach to helping drive the bottom line and building an engaged customer community. This individual will lead in improving overall social strategy and execution as well as work to build media relationships. Reports to: Social Media and PR Manager How you will spend your time: Channel the strategy to develop clear and compelling communications from the production company, including press releases and social content Coordinate media relations efforts, including identifying appropriate media contacts, coordinating partnerships, building contact lists, developing engaging pitches, reaching out to media, and tracking efforts Coordinate social media efforts, including editorial calendar development and assisting in project management of creative asset development Listen and develop responses to social media conversations and trends across social media on a daily basis. Assist in gathering data for measurement reports Aid in research efforts that impact planning, story development, and issues important to our customers. Contribute marketing and creative ideas and observations throughout the year

Account and Sales Representative for Commercials and Editorial Campaigns

Our account and sales representative sells creating and producing commercials and/or editorial campaigns on behalf of production company. They are responsible for identifying potential clients by placing cold calls, sending out emails, or following up on inquiries. When meeting with a potential clients, the account and sales representative presents information about all of the services the production company can offer. This could include showing sample advertisements, an explanation of the places the advertisement could appear, and a summary of how much the ad/editorial campaign would cost. In addition to trying to find new clients, advertising sales representatives also need to maintain their current client list by keeping in regular contact with them and making sure they are pleased with the production company's service. In this job, developing and maintaining relationships with clients is hugely important, as satisfied clients are more likely to continue doing business with us. It is important to mention that clients should be aligned with the company culture and Ethos, which will require some research from the account and sales representative. Founded in 2010 by husband and wife, Joan Pla and Nelly Castillo, VENDETTA is a full-service creative production house. We are a LatinX, immigrant, and certified woman-of-color founded company. VENDETTA’s Co-founders have mentored underprivileged youth through EVOLVE, a public-private partnership founded by Ava DuVernay and the City of Los Angeles that would fund 150 internships for women, people of color and those from low-income households. We are looking to add an Executive Assistant to the COO to help support our quickly growing company. The ideal Executive Assistant will be working hand in hand with the Co-founder on a daily basis. Our Exec. assistant will be experienced in handling a wide range of Executive support and related tasks and be highly independent and an excellent multitasker with impeccable attention to detail. Responsibilities and Duties Proactively manage and maintain Co-founder's schedule and workload, including appointment scheduling for all appointments, meetings, conferences, teleconferences Coordinates all travel arrangements Plan and organize company events Assist Co-founder in meeting preparation, scheduling, and rescheduling management as needed Records minutes of meetings and stands in for Co-founder when needed. Daily email organization/management Agenda & calendar management Assist in day-to-day office tasks as needed Provide general administrative support tasks may also include writing coverage on scripts, drafting letters, making phone calls, running an office, interviewing personnel, coordinating the fundraising process, assisting with duties on and off set, liaising between the Co-founder and teams, and helping to prepare publicity materials.
